With the summer holidays coming to a start, we wanted to organise a fun adventure day for some kids in our community that would bring joy and leave a positive impact on them. One where they could be active, healthy and outdoors in the sunshine.
We decided to organise a day out to Stubbers, an outdoor adventure centre in Essex. This offered a wide range of outdoor activities such as: rope walking, climbing, archery, canoeing and much more. Many of the activties help develop real life skills, such as: confidence, teamwork, social skills, and problem solving.
Our staff and kids had an amazing day, there were smiles all around and we’re so glad the kids got to start their holidays on such a positive note. It was a day to remember, where we all made great memories whilst having lots of fun.
